Our Head Office and operational facilities are based in Bromsgrove, North Worcestershire. Our location gives us the prime opportunity and ease of all locations via the midlands motorway networks. Easy access is available to the North, East, South or West.
Our commitment to Quality Assurance is the cornerstone of our progress towards the creation of a Total Quality environment open to objective measurement. The decision to proceed in this way has brought about a positive review of existing management processes and the development of additional measures to ensure that all policies are quality-related and customer orientated.
A Quality System is only part of the process – education, training guidance and motivation of people working within the system are all important elements, which we have addressed positively to generate a Quality Culture.
To continue to drive forward our commitment the service does not end after the installation. We provide a full 24hr or 72hr service to contract customers, to ensure that “down time” is kept to an absolute minimum. Our engineers carry a minimum stock to complete where possible a first time repair.
Just as important as this, the after-sales service provided to customers can include non-technical support, regular contact with premises management and users of the systems, providing total support when it is required. In addition a team of service engineers are deployed nationally to respond to preventative and corrective maintenance and as a result a high standard is achieved throughout the day and night, 365 days per year.
